NO2ID - Stop ID cards and the database state

It snowed yesterday and this morning the local radio is completely taken up with reports of dangerous roads, traffic chaos etc. One reporter actually criticised drivers of 4x4 vehicles because they were able to drive normally. Apparently this was unfair and off-putting to other drivers.
 
It's not so bad people thinking and saying stupid things, but it makes me furious when they are given air-time to do it on the radio!
